I am your friendly neighborhood Account Executive and Customer Advocate, based in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado.

I have a passion for collaborating with great people, together crafting tailored solutions to solve complex business challenges. Whether in support of small, local IT teams, or distributed teams made up of thousands of employees across the globe, my primary goal is to help businesses find the right solution for the hurdle at hand.

I have personally designed and led programs that strategically trained thousands of people for some of the world's largest companies, completely transforming their business. Programs like this enable companies to better support their own customers and generate millions in additional revenue, all while lowering support costs and downtime.

Creative, new ideas are the fuel I run on. I do so by partnering with Account Management, Professional Services, and Support teams, pooling these resources to better understand our customers’ challenges. Then I make their challenges, my business, using a combination of live and digital training, hands-on professional services, and support to create a wholistic solution.

I supported all of our Global Systems Integrator accounts, such as IBM, PWC, Accenture, Deloitte, HP, etc. Here I built multi-year, multi-million dollar learning plans and ran programs for hundreds to thousands of people all over the world.

I matched customer challenges with training solutions, developing novel prospecting techniques to bring in new business. My success here with global accounts and project management quickly led to my field promotion.

My Skills

Data analytics

I excel at asking the right questions, and pulling data from anywhere it can be imagined. Be it Excel, PowerBI, Airtable, Tableau, Salesforce, SQL or NoSQL, etc.

Presentations

I'm comfortable and experienced delivering any message to a full AHOD company meeting, or to the C-suite at our largest customer. My slides will look good at the same time.
